Turbulence Training Review – Short Workouts For Maximum Gains

March 24, 2009 by Steve · Leave a Comment

Turbulence Training is an eBook written by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Craig Ballantyne. In this excellent book you will learn how to lose fat, boost your metabolism and tone your muscles with just 3 short workouts per week.

What is Turbulence Training and why is it so effective?

Craig Ballantyne came up with an effective full body workout which burned fat and built muscle, without having to spend countless hours in the gym.

This is great news for those who have limited free time, but still desire a fit, toned body.

Increase muscle and decrease fat with Turbulence TrainingThe workouts take just 45 minutes or less to complete, allowing you to get back to your personal life, your busy day at work or home to your family.

25 minutes of resistance training followed by 20 minutes of Interval Training and you’re done.

The routines have been scientifically researched by Craig himself and proven to work. Most people wonder how you can build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Well, Turbulence Training shows you exactly how!

The trick Craig uses is the superset training method that combines an upper body and lower body exercise.

In a superset, two exercises are performed one after the other followed by a short rest. This would actually be considered one set.

Craig did a great job of picking the best exercises to burn the most calories during the workout and boost your metabolism to burn the most fat during the day.

Turbulence Training Nutrition Guide For Fat LossThe next part of the Turbulence Training program is the diet and nutrition factor. Unlike other fat loss programs that require you to count your calories exactly, the Turbulence Training Nutrition Guide bonus will show you which foods to choose, how often to eat and how much protein to get.

It also has a shocking list of foods you MUST avoid in order to lose fat and improve your health.

If this isn’t enough, you also get a bunch of valuable fitness and nutrition bonus eBooks and a 3-Month Basic Level Membership to the Turbulence Training Discussion Fat Burning Forums. All thrown in for free!

After reading through the eBook and trying the routines myself, I feel that Turbulence Training is one of the best fitness programs available on the market. The short workouts are convenient and do more for you than these 3 hour workouts ever could.

No other workout gets me sweaty and has my heart pumping faster that Turbulence Training! I highly recommend this program to anybody who wants to lose fat and build toned muscles, without having to sacrifice hours in the gym.
