2 Simple Ways of Beating the Weight Loss Plateau

You’ve probably been doing the same sets of the same exercises and been eating the same foods over and over again. As a result your body has gotten accustomed to your diet and exercise routine, and your weight loss will become stagnant.

2. It’s difficult to lose weight if you avoid exercise. Successful weight loss is possible by exercising about 3 times per week. This will also increase your metabolism, which will in turn help you burn fat.
