The purpose of this stimulation is to strengthen the heart muscle and to work the lungs which in turn will provide an increased supply of oxygen throughout the blood stream. This is in turn will have a positive effect on all organs within the body.
Swimming, speed walking, bicycling and running are a few examples of exercises that will accomplish this goal.

An important part of a good fitness program is to work the muscles of the body. This is because the muscles of the body not only allow the human to move, but support the skeletal framework.
Examples of exercises that accomplish this goal include weight lifting, resistance exercises, swimming, biking, etc. Furthermore, fitness training plans that include concentration on the muscles should be done on a regularly.
Remember that when lifting weights, you don’t need to lift very heavy. Using less weight and doing more repetitions works your muscles just as well – and puts a lot less strain on your joints.
