Island White Fish Recipe – Low Fat

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can of diced tomatoes (Italian seasoned)
- 16 ounce firm mild white fish
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: large green olives sliced in half
Instructions:
