The best way to assess your fitness is by taking a test which will evaluate your strength as well as check the the relationship between strength, performance and condition. You’ll come across many tests in your lifetime which will help show your fitness level, but one that you must check out is the Kraus-Weber Test (K-W Test).
The K-W test of Minimum Muscular Fitness will help to measure a number of different muscle groups with regard to their strength and flexibility. This consists of six different components.
